First off, I hope that the reason you are going to TP someone's home is because it is a friendly prank. Second, I hope it is not an Elderly person, it is too hard for them to clean it up.
BUT IF YOU ARE GOING TO TP SOMEONE'S HOME - DO IT UP !!!!!
Make colorful confetti from tissue paper, it sticks like glue when it gets damp from the morning dew or sprinklers. Flour works well, as does oatmeal. Dish soap in the flower beds, makes for bubbles when they water. Grab a FOR SALE sign or 2 from a neighboring house & put it in the yard or political election signs are good if its the right time of year.
Funny story, my mother (deacon of our church) took my girlfirends & I out one night to TP our ministers home. Little did we know he was sitting in the house with the window open watching & listening to everything we said. My mom was so embarrased when she found out. GOOD INNOCENT TIMES.

Make sure to TP right before it rains... that stuff is hard to get out of trees when it's wet.
If you really don't like the person, dump powdered milk all over their lawn. It reeks in the summer if it gets wet.

Recycled bathroom PAPER? Heck no, i'm certainly unlikely to apply that. yeah, that is going brown all stunning. Geeez human beings prefer to maintain the earth and the final they are able to think of of is Re applying bathroom PAPER? Gross.

Seriously .. I have friends that work in a warehouse, where they use plastic wrap to secure pallets of product .. they use it ALL the time to
wrap peoples' cars , etc.... Its harmless to all paint , etc.. and quite strong ..They once wrapped a guy 's car that was sleeping in it. and he couldn't get out .. too funny ... Maybe just buy some rolls of plastic wrap , if you can't find a source of the shipping wrap ...lol...

Bar of soap on the concrete, write something witty. Shave cream on the windows.

paper towels they cover more (get the cloth kind). silly string (the spray string in cans) happy birthday streamers good luck just don't tp my house!!!

make sure to add forks - get as many plastic forks as possible and stick 'em anywhere you can - goes great with TP ... make sure to use WHITE forks!!! the clear ones suck
