(That means chewing, silly.)

Ok!
Tell me the strangest sandwich combination you have ever eaten.
The trick here is it has to actually be something that sounds really disgusting to others, but is in fact, quite delicious!!!

(My Dad got me hooked on banana and mayo sandwiches - on white bread, when I was little. I used to eat them all the time when I was younger, haven't done it for a long time, though...)

Actually, Mastication is the seperation of the fiber from the food product. The strangest sandwich? Peanut butter and pickles. It is actually very very good. I still try it once in a while. True sensoral rush. The greatest example of mastication is when one takes a close look at the process of a Champion juicer. This product masticates the pulp from the juice, with the result being a pile of useless toxin ridden pulp on one side, and on the other: live enzyme highly nutritious juice. Mastication is done by chewing, but unfortunately, poor mouth induced mastication results in an ineffective eating experience and the chewer ends up not getting all the nutrients they need-simply due to the fact that they didn't break apart the foodstuffs and enable the acids in the mouth and stomach to access and take advantage of the nutrients. Poor chewing = poor nutrients. Tibetan monks chew forever....and only one product at one meal. Say for instance, only carrots, or only grain. In this way the body doesn't produce multiple types of acid which in complex meals can cause the stomach to produce a suite of acids, which can conflict with each other.

Rachael Ray (the 30 Minute Meal show on the Food Channel) has a really good recipe for a Monte Cristo sandwich that has ham, turkey, sharp mustard--stay with my here--and cranberry sauce! Yummy!

It would probably have to be... peanut butter, turkey cheese and, mayo on, toasted bread.... or peanut butter, bacon, jelly and potato chips (the cheesey kind). I WILL eat almost anything within reason in sandwich form.

Take a bagel, put salami, Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, mayo and pickles.

One time, I went on a picnic and a friend of mine brought this. He wanted me to try it but it sounded disgusting. I tried it and it was soooooooooooo good.
