avatar question ...??

how is it the avatar does'nt show the full view of my picture. Its just till the neck. But some i see their avatar is at least till the waist. How do you do that?

yeh i did zoom it out, but in the yahoo avatar it shows but when i display it here, i can only see till my neck...

go to avatar.yahoo.com and zoom out and save changes
