Cant help you with the massage.........my arms arent that long! LOL Go pour yourself a glass of wine........fill the tub with hot water....light some candles........turn on some music........lock the door! No nasty men allowed! Hope you feel better!

some fragrant candles, some fragrant oils, a bottle of wine, Get in the tub, and have a nice hot bath, with some salts, Me and my strong hands will be right over.
