Dear Godzilla, you are making a fatal assumption in your question and that is the smartest man/woman has to do something about the problems of the world. Additionally have you had a look at the world. Are you conscious of the size and cultural diversity of the world. Brains are not enough by a far cry. Technical problems are solved. Human problems evolve. It takes a long time and hassle to improve some times it takes generations. Read history. Forget this panacea of a super brain solving problems. Not even God can do that.
