Tablature. These are diagrams of how to place your fingers on the guitar so form chords. You don't need to know how to read music to use it- but you will neeed to be patient.

Tablature is the easiest way. There are many sites wich can help you, search on google.

don't worry about reading and studying just grab your strings. if you can afford just a couple lessons just to learn the basic hand positions. i took lessons for 1 year but i've played for 19 years now. and tablature helps.
