All 8th grade girls should wear mini skirts. It will keep the boys in line.

You'd think it would terrorize the dress code, but I guess in your case, you don't have a dress code.
Mini skirts are totally cute, it just depends on how mini it gets. The girl you're talking about-- with the super mini skirt-- I double my answer for a definite yes. Super mini = More of a hoe. Double intake, true statement. Trust me.

I feel like each and everyone should be able to dress the way they feel. Now if the skirt is so short it's showing her panties or close to it, then this might be a bit to much for her. the school needs to address this if the skirts are to short, But as far as her being a hoe. I don't know her so how can anyone call her a hoe for the way she dresses? While it might be revealing and not suitable, she is young and sometimes young girls want to show off their pretty legs.I wouldn't call her a hoe for what she wears. Now how she acts might show her actions and then you may know something that we don't know.

No she's not a hoe unless she carries her self like one. Mini skirts are a fashion trend and has nothing to do with being a hoe unless she presents herself as a hoe, then there is nothing wrong with wearing a mini skirt. Mini skirts weren't made for hoes.

Y would a girl in the 8th grade want to wear a mini skirt, and if you have to ask then she shouldn't be wearing it. stay young while you can b/c the attention u think u want may back fire. Reputations are hard to get rid of.

I wouldn't allow my daughter to wear a mini skirt in the 8th grade, that's for sure

No she is just a little girl trying too hard to get boys. Maybe if she's not careful she will get pregnant. Or worse raped and killed by a predator. Nothing wrong with Mini skirts just maybe at 16 and up. Then within a group of girls.

Fashion has really changed a lot since I was in 8th grade. I think that 15 years ago, young girls dressing like that was inappropriate, but now it's the norm.
But if she were my child (or sister, or anyone I knew) I'd probably talk her into wearing something a little more age appropriate.

It depends on where shes wearing it, her reputation and how short the skirt is...But what I consider a mini skirt is definately not appropriate for an 8th grader.

not any different than the cheerleading uniforms we had to wear in the eighth grade i am sure...lol...sounds to me like you are jealous and a guy that you like is looking at her because of how she dresses...let me tell you this from experience and age...boys dont really end up with those girls long term..they end up being a hand around for all the boys, and then they get made fun of by the same boys that took advantage of her so just set back and watch...in the end you will come out on top if you keep your legs closed and your skirt atleast mid thigh...lol.
