Yes, liposuction is a procedure where a tube is inserted through a small hole in your abdomen and fat is sucked out. There's also stomach stapling, which is risky and permanent, where your stomach is made into a smaller pouch using staples (the pouch holds only a few ounces) and your small intestine is disconnected from the bottom of your stomach and reconnected to the new pouch. It is only done on people who are severly overweigh, such as 500+ pounds. Liposuction is done on people with moderate to severe weight problems.

all the answers are fine and with some experience... but no one says what will happen as u age.. and the side effects.. YOGA is the best for weight reduction, watch Swamy Ramdevjis Pranayam programme on Aastha channel in the night 8.30. to 9.30pm and get convinced, buy his CD and start the Pranayam...all this said and done you control your diet very rigidly and strictly other wise nothing will work.. not even surgery

Well, there's liposuction, gastric bypass, you could get your stomach stapled so it's half the size -if that- of your normal stomach, or you could get the bad fat moved to a place you might want it, possibly the breasts or the butt.

Lyposuction. I wouldnt try it though its expensive and also dangerous. try working out and watch what you eat get on some type of daily routine wont see results as fast but at least you no it safe. Talk to your doctor also.

Yes there is and it's dangerest...They staple some parts of your stomach together...That way you can't over eat and you will lose weight...Only people who have try everything gets this done...
