why do peolpe do mean things?
why do people do the same things to get right back in jail?

Because it's all they know, because they have to act like they don't care, once they've been caught some guys don't want to go straight because they feel like all their old friends are going to expect them to be even tougher once they get out of jail - not to mention that you have to be even tougher IN jail than you do in the real world. Gangs are worse in prison than they are in the streets and they are more confined .. Instead of being 30 blocks away from your rival he's in the next cell, he's in the yard, he's in the cafeteria. So jail makes them even tougher..
Some guys (well girls too I guess) they just don't care what happens to them, or they pretend not to care because they think it's the cool thing to do..
Everyone feels that call to be "bad" it's just that some never go to it, some do but then leave it, and some can never resist it.. It's just human nature..
Once you've started dealing drugs, or stealing cars, or whatever - it's hard to stop. No matter how much punishment you took for it.

PEOPLE WHO DO THE SAME THING RIGHT AFTER THEY GET OUT OF JAIL DO IT BECAUSE THEY GET CAUGHT IN THE SAME CYCLE OVER AGAIN THEY GO BACK INTO THE SAME ENVIORNMENT THAT PROBABLY HELPED THEM MAKE THAT BAD DECISION THAT LANDED THEM IN JAIL IN THE FIRST PLACE AND THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO GET OUT OF THE CYCLE OR THEY MIGHT THINK IF THEY DO IT AGAIN THIS TIME THEY WON'T GET CAUGHT.

Its like you are stuck in a rut and you tend to do the same things over and over again. Some realize it's not the thing to do but they don't know how to stop themselves and change their ways. I know this guy just like that.

they love the jail life, its kinda great...you get place to sleep, food, and friends like yourself...haha
