Hey--leave him alone about the spelling of "swept"!! We Royals fans have so little happy news during baseball season that he was probably weeping with joy when he typed the question! I didn't watch the games, so I can't really comment on the wins except to say it shocks me too!

Shocked here. Sad too. Yankees lost 2 out of three to the White Sox. This was supposed to be the Red Sox road trip to gain ground. Thankfully the Patriots' exhibition season starts Friday.

Yeah, I'm a Red Sox fan but a realiztic one. Varitek wasn't great this year statistically, but he was the man behind the plate. The Sox likely wont make a playoff run. But you know, with such great pitchers that the Yankees got, I'm glad to see they learned their lesson from the past... how many years has it been since they won? oh, right, not since 2000. Oh, right becasue they're pitching always sucks. Oh, and Alex Rodriguez plays like he has a knife up his a$$ throughout the playoffs. And to the Yanks fan who spelled Sox Socks, thats just stupid.

OUCH!!!!!! Your Question really hurts. I just can't believe it. The Royals just had a winning streak, at the same time the Red Sox are in a slump. They will come alive when we play the Yankees.

I love it being the Yankee fan i am. The royals didnt instantly get better, theyre still the worst team in baseball. The redsox lost Veriteck and he completely controlled the pitching staff. The Redsox are done for this season.
