how did you end up with 2 of the first 5 picks?

you said REAL TEAM, but here you are with the #2 and #5 backs in the draft - how can that happen for REAL?

So let's just say you play with a bunch of retards that allowed this travesty to take place (Barber falling to #18 or later? Please!)

You have 2 top-8 QB's - why? You don't need both - try to move Eli and keep Hassleback (try to acquire a WR - Randle El will get you nothing this year)

No point in carrying 2 DST at all, and both of yours are nothing special. Carry one and just play week-to-week on the waiver wire based on schedule. Drop Mare as well - you don't need to carry 2 PK's - just pick up one on Wilkins bye week.

That will give you 5 open spots. You have no WR's on your bench, yet you drafted 2 D and 2 kickers?

I don't know who'll be out there, but obviously you'll need WR help. Look for Mark Clayton - BAL, Greg Jennings-GB who will likely be available. Less likely to be avaialable, but could be acquired cheaply are: Mike Clayton - TB, Donte Stallworth - NO, and David Givens - TEN who could all break out this year.

After your top 4 players, your draft was actually pretty awful. But however you landed Barber and Alexander, will put you in contention for the title.

let's start from the QB down:

QB: Eli manning and Hassleback are incredible QB picks! I don't think I've seen a team with these two skilled players at QB... Manning is primed for a big fantasy season (it's a lot coming from an Eagles fan!) And Hassleback is a #1 QB by himself. Nice picks!

WR: Starvin' Marvin is a top 3 receiver this year, and deoin branch is a solid #3 option, however, randel el jumps out at me when I look at your receivers. Sadly, he's not even worth a backup WR for you. Randel El out in Washington has to deal with moss, lloyd, cooley, and portis. First try trading him, then you should think about dropping him...

RB: Ah, this is a really deep team. The only question with Tiki is: will his legs support the Giants again? With Alexander as your other back, they should push you into the championship. What I like even more is droughns as your backup. He's a yardage monster out on the browns.

TE: The best TE in the NFL, enough said. However, you need some depth. I suggest getting heath miller or LJ smith. Both will have career years, and their only projected to be 100 and 105. (But they should be at least top 80)

K: although you must remember Neil Rackers came off of the waiver wire last year so keep an eye on the K's in FA... Wilkins is a nice pick with the rams changing to an all out run scheme. I think you should drop mare and pick up Janikowski or Carney.

Def: ugh, this is the only part of your team besides randel el that I don't like. Cincinnati still isn't a solid starter for defense and Kansas City too much of a reach. They have a good, but aging secondary. Don't worry though. I can help you bolster your defense: The Eagles are a nice sleeper defense. They will be top 10 in the league this year: An incredibly upgraded D-line along with 3/4 players in the secondary as Probowler's, this team should be alot better than the Bengals...although not many know about it. I also think the Ravens and Panthers will have top 5 defenses... so good luck with that!

Pickups: Although you really are set for running back, if you want more depth at the position, Mike Bell, D. Williams, L. Maroney, and Frank Gore are all fine 4th stringers.

What you need is:

1) a backup TE: If you don't want to trade anyone to get them, Hilton and Clark are fine backups. A reach might be to say that wiggins and a. smith would be decent.

2) There are alot of sleeping receivers this year: Ma. Clayton in baltimore, Jenkins with Vick, and injury prone B. Edwards on the Browns. Now, If you really want to take a risk, here are some great #3 receivers if they aren't affected:
-B. Stokley: he's 1 year removed from a 10 TD year. Peyton says that he wants to "bring him back to 2 years ago" when they hooked up for over 1000 yards.
-M. Booker: He's the #2 option for Culpepper. Last year he had one of the best yd per catch in the league. Now with a good QB, his numbers could climb!
-C. Henry: the most interesting out of this bunch: he has the talent to be a #2 option for Palmer, but the criminal record to top Maurice Clarett. OK, fine. Maybe not as bad, but he has alot of problems staying on the field. Once those kinks get worked out, pick him up!
-LONG SHOT- A. Lelie: depending on where he ends up, he could either be a #2 option out in Philly, or a 4th receiver on the cowboys. Even worse, he could be a victim of bad quarterbacking in chicago.

Finally, rookie playmakers: Si. Moss, C. Jackson, and S. Holmes deserve to be picked up as a 5th receiver option.

Your running backs are really good and so are your QBs. WR might be weak with Harrison getting older. Randle El is not going to get a lot of points and Branch is in an offense that spreads the ball around. That WR corps is going to be very erratic, I think. Gates is the best TE in the league. Did you draft first?

Your D is really weak, though, but D doesn't matter so much.

Overall: A+

upgrade your defenses. they both stink. although cincin does get some turnovers. you can drop your second kicker and just pick one up off the waivers when the time comes. you're wr's need work. if you still have slots available, go pick up rb's. i love tiki as a second rb, but i'm a little worried about how he might perform this year. don't think he can repeat the great year he had last year. look at Addai, or tatum bell. even though tatem is not the starter now, no way a rookie will last all season carrying the rock.

Everyone is awesome except the WR and Defense. Drop Randel El. For goodness sakes pick up some Defense

You will defintaly be in contention to win it all in your league. It's about being prepared when the unexpected happens and making the right moves that will win it all. You might want to pick up another reciever, after harrison the rest are questionable.

The only way you can have to team is if you have a league of 4 people thats the only way. And if thats true then your team is only ok because that means the other 3 people have just as good people as you.

Start Hasslebeck. Get Joe Jurevicius or Reggie Brown.

your team is good apart from your D if you can get the jaguars or miami, miami being a sleeper i think...you should get sinorice moss a WR that might be really good, get him and start him for randle el whenever the giants play a team with a bad secondary
