Iran first. North Korea is way to isolated for anything. Iran needs to be stop from running its nuke programs and deal with its desire to influence Shiite neighbors with 'destroy Israel' message. It's the mess which Iraq is also in middle of. Iran want groups like Hamas and Hezbollah to prevail who can make things really difficult for Israel and its allie, the United States.
