Please! The answer is simple - we know what it takes to send "a tin can" to Mars, but we still do not yet know of a cure for Aids. Mainly because the virus is constantly mutating and changing. Mars pretty much follows a known course.

Of course because of the technology we can send a tin can
to Mars and other planets, or even a lovecard...hehehe...

Aids is still uncurable, And Scientist are really working hard to
know the CURE...
Diseases are mutating, changing, contagious
AND KILLING PEOPLES LIVES..

They can cure AIDS . Or havent you noticed that nobody rich or important has AIDS . The one RICH and famous person that did have it is CURED now . His name is Magic Johnson

They are completely different. All you have to do to put something in space is figure out how to use rockets. But diseases are always different and constantly evolving. Space stays the same.

Rockets is more about mechanics.. which is much simpler then biology.. Aids is about biology.. much more complex...
