I'm interviewing for a position with them. Can anybody give me some insight, regarding their company, and what it's like to work for them?

Your going to have to lie a lot and sell people useless, stupid policies, mainly because their employers are too cheap to offer real insurance and the health-care system in the USA in a mess.
Personally, I'd get a job cleaning bedpans in a hospital before I'd work for them.
