Be honest. I will tell you mine to be fair.... Best~I can say that you can tell me anything (in confidence or not) and I am not one to judge, I can be very understanding and compassionate. I only hope that someone can do the same for me.
Worst~ I am selfish, and even though I will let others confide in me with confidence it is very hard for me to be able to do the same for someone else. That can be incredibly frustrating for the people who want to be close to me but I find it very hard to break that last wall down.

My best qualities are also my worst.
1. I am sensitive and perceptive of other people's feelings. This is good because I can help people and empathize with them when they are sad, angry, hurt, etc. This is bad because I allow it to get to me when people get mad at me about stupid stuff or make snotty remarks to me. I worry too much about how my friends feel about me (though I don't worry about what strangers THINK about me). I have a dilemma about whether or not thicker skin would be good for me.
2. I am extremely open-minded and willing to consider all possibilities. This helps me to solve problems by thinking of creative solutions, and also to anticipate other problems that could pop up. It hurts me because I think of so many possibilities that it takes me forever to go through them all. Also it makes me very indecisive at times. For example, I'll be the last one to decide what I'm eating at a restaurant (and even then I have to just make myself pick something).

I do my job well and my life is my job.I have given up everything for it. I like my job and I work with many people and for my state.
I am also very selfish. I gave up a man I dearly loved because I didn't won't to give up my work. So I'm not married and I don't have kids and the worse is that I'm happy with the choice I made. Even if I know I was wrong and messed up. I will give anyone anything if they need it. I'm just selfish in my ways and I really only care about me and my work. I'm messed up I know!Happy Though

Well now that you know my worst quality (intolerance of stupidity) my best is Intolerance of Stupidity! :~)
No seriously, I am a great teacher...I especially love working with gifted children and have led a team for two years in a row to global final competitions...I guess I love to work with children as they are the best people in the world with open minds and ambition and can change the world. They teach you as much if not more than you can teach them.

My best quality is my sense of humor, 99.99% of the time I can pull someone out of a bad mood. My worst quality is that I'm a spoiled brat, I have been that way all my life. It's usually my way or no way.

I don't believe it. I can so much relate myself with you when it comes to good and bad qualities. Every word of yours is true when put in my context.
I would like to add in worst quality, i become very irritate when i am working in night shift and constantly slamming and shouting at my loved ones and i am ready with the excuse i am working in night shift and i am irritated.

worst: i'm tooooooooo honest, sometimes i say things i really mean, but its not a good thing for ppl to hear, and it always goes in a rude way. wish could shut my mouth
