Well, these might be able to help you:
-Brush tongue
-Drink more water
-Buy Listerine. It kills germs that cause bad breath and others.
-Floss. Maybe mint floss might smell better?
-Buy chewing gum. I, personally, like Dentyne Ice: Artic Chill.
-Check your fridge carefully. Maybe you something thats already expired.
-Gargle with water after you drink milk. Milk causes bad breath if left too long in the mouth.
-Make sure your leave at least a pea sized toothpast on your brush.
-Brush at least 2 minutes. I got that from dentist. But then, I don't really care about that...haha.
-Make a dentist appointment if you REALLY want to freshen up.
-Check your dentist if it's really serious and nothing works.

are you on any meds from your doc? that could be a reason. otherwise, like others mentioned, brush your tongue while brushing your teeth. our tongues hold a lot of bacteria as do our teeth. try eating more fruit, esp apples during the day to keep your mouth fresh. if still in doubt, check with your dentist or md.

Hey. sorry to hear about your bad breath problem. But, it is due to the stomach acid and saliva that comes up and swiches around in your mouth. Look for some vitamins at your local store in the medical section. It will help..trust me.

It actually comes from bacteria in your stomach. Ask the pharmacist. There are pills you can take for halitosis or there might be other stuff in naturopathic stores you can try. And yes, you should brush your tongue. Try drinking cranberry juice too it has antibiotic properties.

Maybe you have Gingivitus. you should also brush your gums in a circular motion. You should ask your dentist. And try carrying around Brush Ups, Listerine's Pocket Mist, floss, toothbrush, and constantly chew gum unless eating.

It's even more important to brush your tounge real good. That's where the majority of the bad breath comes from. Scrub it real good with your toothbrush so theirs no plaque or anything on it and you should be good to go.

Bleeding gums! Blood stinks when it saturates in one place too long, particularly under the gumlines.
All those Listerine stripes, mints and inserts ... pfft. Forget about it!
If you walk around with your mouth open most of the time, this dries your gums and the blood that protrudes from them. Keep your mouth shut, and check your diet. I mean cows are given 400 lbs. of antibiotics a year. That's a lot of weight in chemicals transferred into our mouths every day, coupled with kissing and ... forget about it!
(I'm not a Dentist, but my father-in-law always covered his mouth when he used to talk to me!) He said his gums bled from placque buildup, calcium, too much milk - he had a (milk) drinking problem.

Use spray oil as an alternative to pouring. One squirt contains one calorie compared to 120 calories from a tablespoon. If you use oil with your cooking daily, this small change could lose which you stone over the year.

Cavities cause bad breath. Plaque too. It is the products made by the bacteria that smells.
Sometimes it is what you eat - like garlic.

Could be your diet, smoking perhaps, gum disease, or many other things. It could even have to do with your digestive tract. Make sure you floss, and brush your tongue. Check with your dentist first, as it can be eliminated. Good luck
