u know forgetting the man u love is not easy as turning a switch on or off.. it really takes time to heal those wounds but the most important thing to do is to accept what happened to ur relationship is beyond ur control and certainly not ur fault... move on, get busy, have a make-over and be glad and thankful that u have known this early that he do not deserve you and your love... Remember this as you live your day a moment at a time "Never a trial that He is not there... You cant forget him you love him but if you really want to get rid of him for good don't talk to him, dont call him dont do anything that brings you back into his life.

you will never forget him.. just forgive and let time heal... if u was really deeply in love with him, its guna hurt, n u will always have a piece of him with you but soon u will see he wasn't worth it and you'll move on... not right away of course, but in time
