I love Bill Clinton so much I want him to run again, even if he knows he can't win. I just want to see more of him.

I doubt that he would want to run since things are so messed up.

Due to constitutional limits, a president may serve no more than 10 years. This means that a president may serve two and a half terms if he was the vice-president before becoming the President.

In order for there to a change to this the Constitution would need to amended again concerning this issue.

Franklin D. Roosevelt served 3 terms, then died in his 4th.

Since the amendment went into effect, three presidents have served two full terms: Dwight Eisenhower, Ronald Reagan, and Bill Clinton. President George W. Bush would become the fourth if he completes his current term in 2009. Richard Nixon was elected to a second term but resigned before completing it.

No. The Constitution limits to two terms. Quoting the 22nd Amendment:

No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of the President more than once.

No. An amendment to the Constitution ensures that a President can serve only two terms.

Where the **** are you from? I'd really investigate your schooling, because if you don't know that a president only gets two terms in office, your education is a failure.
