I think this trade isn't quite as lopsided as people think. NO Lamont Jordan doesn't have that sexy name like Ronnie Brown does. Jordan is gonna catch a crap load of balls, and is there go to guy on the goalline. Its a tough call but I would say Ronnie Brown by a hair. I have Lamont Jordan rated the #9 RB and Ronnie Brown #8. So Yeah go ahead and make the trade.

Teams ranking against the run in 05'
AFC East (Brown's Division)
Buffalo: 31
New England: 9
New York (Jets): 29
AFC West (Jordan's Division):
Denver: 2
Kansas City: 7
San Diego: 1
Under Art Shell's new offense Jordan will be pounding away more than with Turner's offense, which is a plus for him. However Brown gained 900+ yrds on the ground and had 4 TDs last year despite the "Runningback by Committee" mindset of Saban.
I think it's a good trade, go for it.

NOOOO!!! lamont jordon is the second opinion in the the raiders pass offense...he is the other version of brian westbrook. he will get a lot of receptions, and he will do better then ronnie brown...dnt do it, cuz jordon is good in rushing, and catching

Yes, Culpepper will keep the box open a heck of a lot better than Brooks will. Brown will see more daylight! Plus Miami won't see the defenses this year like Oakland will.

i wouldent... I like Lamont since he is good for 60 receptions a year.
Ronnie is good an all, but With Randy Moss on the raiders, that forces defences agianst lamon to play deep, allowing him to run more.
Lamont is also more experienced

you mean you don't have both on your team already jacka$$? I thought you had LJ, Shaun, and LT already?
Loser.
For other readers who might be interested in the answer; No - don't trade unless it's a keeper league. Jordan should still go 1-2 spots ahead of Brown.

You should make the deal. As it was stated above, Brown's strength of schedule against division opponents is quite easier.
