How can i arrange or put a chair, table or anything diagonally?

You can't put things diagonally without a hack to make it so. http://www.modthesims2.com has a hack that will let you put furniture diagonally, you'll have to search for it in the search bar on the site, though.

i don't think u can, instead try adding more space, there are a couple of money cheats- while u r playing a family do ctrl-shift-c at the same time then type kaching or motherlode and click enter. also if u do ctrl-shift-c then when that comes up kepp hitting tab and u can do alot of fun stuff.
