well the 3800 engine is rock solid. It's one of the best engines out there today. My parents have owned 3 park avenues for their last 3 cars. the first two made it over 200,000 and the one they have now is on it's way. All three have been very reliable.

Find out if it got the 30,000 mile maintenance. If so it should be ok, if not find out how much it would cost to do. It's fairly low mileage so it shouldn't be too bad.

very good if it has been maintained properly. ask to see the maint records and have someone you trust look at it. I am an auto tech and i have seen them go to 200,000 miles!!! If it checks out good.........go for it
