Get rid of her!

You just need to sit her down and have a serious talk with her. Tell her that if she is going to be living under your roof then the least she can do it try to help around the place. Tell her that you would greatly appreciate it if she picked up a few more chores, so you wouldnt have to do everything on your own. Explain to her that it is difficult to keep the place looking nice when you also have 3 kids to deal with. Let her know that you dont mind having her around, but that she should make an effort to either help out and contribute..or she should get her life together and try to move out so she can live on her own. Tell her that if she needs help finding a job or a place to move into..that u can maybe lend her a hand in that..but explain to her the importance of having her own place and not relying on anyone else but herself to have food and shelter. Give her some encouragement so she may want to move out.

Now, if she refuses to move out or help with chores (and she doesnt want to work on her hygeine either)..then i say kick her out. Tell her that u've tried being patient and putting up with her but you're at ur last nerve. she cant complain then because you did give her the option of staying and contributing or getting her own place.

What is wrong with you ? I'd get her out of there if you have kids.Do you want them to take her lead and do the same, besides how can you live with anyone who doesn't bathe? She is not a good friend to you or a good influence for your kids.

you should move. and not say anything.
if you cant do that. you should take her for a long ride.
and then stop 'to get cigarettes' have her run in to get them...
while she is inside you just leave.
change the locks.
change your phone number.
put her stuff outside.
