im 15 movin home to home and i want to be a model but i cant be discovered if im movin home to home and my family dosent have a lot of money wat should i do?

SOUNDS LIKE YOUR HOME doesn't have the opportunities for your dream to become a model. So, before you go home, do your best to connect with modelling agencies or even start building up your portfolio (pictures, testimonies, etc.) before you get home, then from there you can begin communicating with others contacts outside your home.

You're 15, young and hopeful as well as zillions of other 15 year olds. Sure, go after your dreams you might make it, but in the meanwhile get good grades in school and aim for a college scholarship in an field that you're interested in and go toward that goal as well. Iman has a college degree. Because you can't depend on your looks holding out to provide for you.
Being appreciated for your looks is shallow and tiresome. When you get sick of men looking you up and down you will enjoy a man who likes to talk to you and get to know you as a person.
Sometimes the worst curse is being good looking and having a brain. Use yours and back up your ambitions with something solid and dependable.

If you have a lot of money and you want to be discovered, you should make a big donationa to a charity or a non-profit organization. That sure would make you popular.
If you want to be discovered, you need to find a job first and save up your money for ads etc., Your parents don't need money for your success.

have somebody take studio pictures of yourself,
then keep showing them to modeling agencies.
Studio pictures means:
nice background (flat color, or 1-2 artsy object),
good camera (at least 4 Megapixel)
tripod or very steady hands
mutliple sources of diffused light (matted light bulbs, or reflected off white walls/paper)
take hundreds of pictures, pick the best 10
Photoshop for color, brightness, skin blemishes
not sure where to post pictures on the web, but if you do, watermark your name & e-mail across your body.

Get your nose in your school books. There are tons of beautiful women who have not educated themselves and are going nowhere fast. Successful people are not discovered, they achieve success.
