What stretches or warmups can i do to make my toe touches higher?

ive been cheerleading for7 years
so trust me....
now you need to find a wall lay on the floor and press your but up to the wall and spread your legs on the wall

and when you are ready to do a jump
you hit a high v then you circle your arms and you begin to jump when you jump and you've hit a t motion with your arms bring your shoulders to the sides of your neck (it makes you go higher)
and also when you do a jump look up to the sky(*_*)

You need to stretch your hamstrings and quads.
