when i call people, anyone on my phone from cingular its busy. when im not on the cell anyone i call from cingular has the busy tone and i was talking 2 someone on aim who had cingular and they had the same problem? how long does this usually last? someone please help!

I have had a Cingular phone for the past 12 years. Recently we have had a little trouble getting call through in Texas. Cingular is aware of the problems here in Texas and also some problems in Florida. In the past when a tower went down it was fixed in about 2 days. All my calls for the past few days have gone through.

Cingular has bad signal and everything, and this would probably keep going on. Try calling the company and asking them. Be sure to put them on speaker because they usually make you wait for a while. If that doesn't work, try switching to T-mobile or something.

Well everytime we make a call we get lucky if the call doesnt drop. There have been some major cingular outages in Texas they have been working on

I've always had good service with Cingular except when I go to the mountains. My cousins have Verizon and get good reception, but as soon as I leave Asheville, NC, and get up into the mountains, I have no service. Otherwise, good.

I had a similair problem and the solution is to get a new phone. I had a Samsung SGH-x497 and it was horrible. Then I went and bought a LG C2000 and it is wonderful. Try getting a new phone.

The same happen to me yesterday, it takes like 1 hour until it starts working fine. I don't do nothing just wait for a hour
