Nero....yes...BUT you must have a computer capable of burning cds. A regular computer with a cd-rom drive will not burn them. You specifically need the right hardware as well as software.

nero is the all time best ever, nero covers pretty much any option, it'll even let you burn CDs in such a way that you can put 200 songs on one disc and they'll play in most Stereos

Nero.
Just be careful because I heard that the last version of their MP3 decoder is broken and will make pops and cracks in CD's burned too fast.
Burn at 8x or lower.

I think the time it takes to burn depends on your computer and whatever software you use to burn the CDs.
