In Russia, they're called Muscovites after the old name of the nation-state of Muscowy in the 16th century. Curiously, they're also called Muscovites in Moscow, Idaho.

American capalists call them Muscovites. Republic of Soviet call them Muskovitch. Hezbollah calls them Arms Dealers. Islamic Jihadists dont call them, they call American Arms Dealers, and the world will still go around long after we are gone.
