Love both shows. Supernatural makes you jump in your seat but always ties it up at the end. Plus there's some really cute eye candy.
But...Lost makes you always want to figure out what the heck is going on that you can't help going back for more.
Both are "too rad" to choose.

Liked Supernatural better. Lost is getting too complicated to watch, and with all the back stories - ho hum. Plus the guys in Supernatural are HOTTTT

Definetly Supernatural! Charmed's better too but sadly, it ended just two months ago....
But Lost is also cool. It's also featured on an HDTV program if you have an HDTV TV so yeah.
