where to buy cellulose insulation and equipment to install it,?

I think cellulose is a better product than other types of insulation.

You do not have to buy the equipment. If you buy enough bagged insulation, the big box home improvement retailers will loan you the blower for free. If you are doing a small area, there may be a small per diem charge for the blower.

Lowe's or Home depot. If you buy enough bags, they usually loan you the blower for 24hrs at no charge.
