Ensure your cellone GPRS Facility available or not if available you registered your mobile trough www.bsnl.co.in then you are access GPRS.

First deposit Rs.50 at bsnl collection centre & contact customer care through your mobile (it is free service) for activation of GPRS. O.K

just call ur sim company no. and tell them to activate gprs and they will give u settings
