Best free site: http://www.kernel.org - but unless you're a professional programmer, you won't like it. Of course, the 2 musicians that live next door will think I'm nuts for recommending that, and they have their own suggestions...
It's all about *your* interests. Not mine. *yours*. Next time, try listing an interest and asking if anybody knows of good sites for it - be it snowboarding, or heavy metal guitar, or raising llamas for fun and profit.
