Well the time of sex doesnt really matter. It really the status of your ovulation. If the egg is there and ready then it should only take several hours after sex to be fertilized. but then it has to do lots of other stuff like travel down the falopian tubes, implant and grow.

As soon as his sperm gets inside you and fertilizes a egg you are pregnant,but you can only get pregnant if you are ovulating.

You concieve when the sperm attaches to the egg. Simple huh.

I think that right away it takes a little of sperm and that would do it.
