Ok so i started out at a college and i didnt take it that serious, i only got two a's and the rest were like c's and then two f's.... i ended up losing my scholarship which pays most of it, due to me staying at home, but the question is can i apply to a new college as a freshman and start over fresh and confident, without my previous institution knowing about my attendance at the new college....

will i get away with it?...... please help!!!

You could probably get away with it as long as you don't try to use any of the credits that you earned at the other college. Remember, college's often have you sign papers stating that you are sharing all of your information and are being truthful. You don't want this fib to come back and cost you your degree later on in life.

I went a college and had to withdraw from all off my classes. The next time I went to a school I never mentioned the other school. I just acted like I never went there. It never came up again. I think the permanent record answer is wrong. But the person that said don't claim the credits is right. Unless, you are trying to get into a prestigious University it probably won't matter anyway. Be concerned with your future not your past.

Not a chance. Everything that you do include your attendance is recorded into your permanent record. Not only will the new college see your attendance, but they can also access your previous grades that date back even to high school.
