First of all, take a deep breathe and relax, because what I'm about to say may shock you. I discovered my first fine lines at the age of 23 (thanks to a really unfortunate foundation purchase). Like you, I panicked. However, after going out and buying some heavy duty eye cream and a new bottle of foundation, I started looking around at my friends and realized that they all had wrinkles that were way worse than mine. I've even noticed some wrinkling around the eyes in a lot of high school kids. So the fact that you have a few wrinkles is no big deal, it's just a part of life. You can, however, take certain steps to make them less noticeable.
1. Staying hydrated, both by drinking and using moisturizers is key. I also switched to an oil-based eye makeup remover and think this has helped.
2. Use a makeup or moisturizer with at least SPF 15 to combat further signs of aging caused by sun damage.
3. While I have nothing to back me up on this claim, I also think that drinking coffee can help. I forced myself to start drinking the stuff after research came out saying that it was packed with anti-oxidants. This was also a few months after my first wrinkle freak-out. I have to say, I think my skin looks a bit younger now than it did a year ago and I really haven't changed much in my skin care routine, besides extra moisturizing in the eye area. But, when drinking coffee, always remember rule 1 and stay hydrated.
4. Take your vitamins, again, for the anti-oxidant effect.

Your wrinkles may be from squinting because of bad eyesight or because you are out in the sun a lot without a hat or sunglasses. Get your eyesight checked, wear a good SPF makeup, wear sunglasses and/or a hat when you are outdoors. Moisturize, Moisturize, Moisturize

wrinkes are usually caused by over exposure to the sun. what you can do is get an eye moisturizer and religiously apply this both in the morning and evening. and when applying your eye moisturizer, use your ring finger to do so since this is the weakest amongst our fingers and thus will put less pressure on the faces' most sensitive skin, which is around the eye area. you can get great eye moisturizers from prescriptives and body shop. dont forget to put sun block on your skin everyday, this will prevent your skin from pre mature aging.

Many things can cause early aging. Smoking, drinking, being in tanning booths or in the sun a lot, etc. Cure it? Hahahaha
It's not a disease...it's a way of life.

Wear under eye creams. Stay out of the sun, and wear SPF whenever you go out. Also use lots of moisturizers.

The three worst offenders are excessive sun (or tanning beds), smoking and alcohol. If you indulge in any of these, back off. The damage is permanant.
