Does anyone know a good company that I can do Mystery Shopping through?

Try searching with the phrase "mystery shopping". Under Yahoo! there is a list of 23 companies. Try looking at one of those companies.

I was an area manager for a company (Joske's), that Dillard's eventually bought out. Part of my job description was to take my turn going to another Joske's store and doing mystery shopping. I was given a corporate credit card and would begin shopping. I would rate salespeople on their knowledge, attitude and professional behavior, timeliness in their approaching me as the customer. After all shopping had been completed I then would complete my rating cards on each salesperson I had been in contact with. After identifying myself to the store manager, we would then go back to the salespeople who had good ratings and thank them for their great job. All unfavorable ratings were handled by the store manager in private, without my being there. Salespeople who got the best ratings would also be rewarded by certificate or another type of public accolade. Unfortunately I couldn't keep any of the merchandise I had purchased as the mystery shopper. All merchandise and receipts were turned over to store security. This was probably one of my favorite duties while working for that company.

my mom signed up for that and they have never contacted her.
