it would be cheaper to start one at school but more people would be involved with it in the community.

Right now it would be better to start small. So go with school first see how u handle that if all goes well then open one up for the community as well. Remember when you deal with a large group of people like the community there are a lot of rules and risks. At school you will be more protected and you will know the type of people you are working with better, it won't be just anybody on your team, it will be your classmates.

I would start it in your city that way some of the kids that are underprivleged could enjoy your dance team as well. Although if money is an issue the school would be better. theres always room for growth later...

community more verity. plus you can always raise the money you need. or you can start it in your school then once you guys get started and see how it goes then move it bigger
