okay, I really like this girl,a nd i am chatting w/ her on AIm right now, she goes to my school, and is my age, but, i want to tell her that i like her, Bu ti dont know how to say it, but I dont want to come off Shy. Can Someone please give me some advise?

Depending on both of your ages, if you are both at least 15 and you would like to ask her out, just keep talking with her regularly about things you and she are interested in: social events, school, hobbies, friends, sports, outdoor activities, music, art and there are many more things that could build your potential for friendship. After you have gone out with each other for 2 or 3 times, you could tell her, in person, that you really like her and would like to continue seeing her. If you are 18 or older, you might be thinking of a more serious and permanent category for your friendship. Get to know each other first. Keep on chatting and don't worry about coming off shy. If she likes you, it will not matter much. She will pick up some of the conversationalism.

When I went to school I used to walk home with all the girls and we used to walk past another school that was all girls.
My advice is always wait for the girls to make the first move.

Girls like a man to take charge. Just ask her to go somewhere with you at least three days after you talk to her. Don't call her every day
