You will be kicking yourself in the pants doing this. Electronic ignition is much more reliable. This car is originally points or electronic? If points you should get a conversion kit from Pertronics that will change it to electronic. It will be much more reliable and require one tenth or less the maintenance. I have done this to a few older cars and actually improoved mileage a little. You put it in and its done. No adjusting every year or less. And just to let you know, upgrading to electronic ignition (if that is what you are trying to do) is NOT illegal on your car. The age of the vehicle makes it exempt from polution control devices besides the fact that electronic ignition produces fewer emissions than a motor using points because they are not consistant.

Save your effort. It is illegal in most states and federally. All of the ignition for your car is considered EMISSIONS components.
You are not allowed to modify them unless you are going to do an up-grade. (eg. Convert from points type distributor to electronic HEI)
The electronic distributor for that little car has limited, but none-the-less active communication with the ECU.
If you make the conversion, your little car may not pass its emissions test, and might be noted as TAMPERED.
You can get a pretty good fine for that if they want to pursue it. There are statutes regarding that very thing.
Good Luck

Anyway, try a search on e-bay motors, or as already suggested, junk yard can do a nation wide search for you
