Interesting results when you Google jelqing - as you say - some report benefit and there are some descriptions of injuries.
Other methods of penis enlargement (we ARE talking penis enlargement, aren't we?) include:
weight loss - lose that suprapubic fat pad and adda few centimetres of apparent length
shaving - again apparent size gain through lack of distraction

jelqing is a very good way look it up but it has mixed results in the meaning some people say it doesnt help at all and causes injury and others saying it works very well
