No, Microsoft wants people to buy the Xbox360 and having Halo3 come out exclusively for 360 is a good way to make people buy it.
Also Microsoft has announced that no more first party games (that is games published by Microsoft) will come out for Xbox as they shift their focus to the 360. 3rd party games (that is games developed and published by other companies) will still come out for for the Xbox, but Halo 3 is a first party title. Plus Microsoft is going to want Halo 3 to take advantage of the 360's more powerful hardware, so there really is no way it could release on the Xbox.

I, too, have heard that Halo 3 (gotta get it) will be coming out exclusively on the XBox 360 (gotta get it too). HAppily, I have also heard that they will be timing its release to closely conicide with the relase of the new PS console - after which point the 360's price should drop considerably.

like other people said it wont come out for xbox its a cheap move on microsofts part so more crappy 360 consoles be sold i have a 360 and it isnt worth it i like the old xbox better anyways ya i dont think it will come out for xbox but it would be great if it did..
