Answer questions. On your profile main page, on the right, there is a link to get more information. Click on that, and it will tell you specific points you need to get higher. You get 2 points per answer you give, and 10 points per best answer. Asking a question costs 5 points.

If you answer questions or get choosen for the best answer, you get points and your level will eventualy go up.

Create a coupe of accounts with yahoo.
with account 1, ask a question.
with account 2, answer account 1's question.
Repeat with multiple accounts.
