If you look into it, either the government allowed 9/11 to happen, or the government orchestrated it themselves. In either case, airport security was not breached, and therefore, everything travelers have had to suffer through has been pointless and costly!

I didn't think that airport security changed that much. I'm sorry for those who were inconvenienced by things, but I didn't find it that big of a deal. Airports outside the U.S. have more strict policies than inside the country. In fact I found airports within the U.S. pretty lax for things that have happened in recent history, very surprising.

I'm not quite sure I follow your argument against airport security.

Did you miss the headline about Richard Reid, the shoe-bomber? I would imagine that a lot of the added checks in place now since 9/11 has done a lot to deter would-be copycats.

As for our government orchestrating 9/11 or letting it happen, you ought to get off the kool-aid. You're naive to think this country is so great that it can't possibly get attacked unless we allow it to happen. Truth is the government didn't do the job well that it should have by taking the Al Qaeda threat seriously when Clinton was in office.

And if you're stuck on that "loose change" video that's out there, research the facts. You will see the film melt into liquid propaganda. The following sites will help you get started:

Whatever -- before 9/11 people could walk down to the gate who weren't traveling, and people could take a lot of things on airplanes that they probably shouldn't have. Obviously, airport security is working. Otherwise there would have been addition instances where terrorists used planes as a means of attack.

What I think is stupidist of all is how they have cops at the airports to prevent you from parking your car outside of baggage claim!!

What kind of stupid terrorist would want to blow up a car outside of an airport terminal when they could drive it into a hotel lobby, sports arena, etc.?

Keep this in mind: after you've been on the flight for an hour, they give you a knife and a fork!
