I'm thinking of joining my company's athletics meet. What is a good time for the 400m & 1500m?

im 14 and i run the 400 i run anywhere between a 56 and 60 and i was on the relay and we never lost that is a good time for my age. never ran the 1500 but i ran the 1600 and ran 5:25 at the highest and 5:15 at my lowest

my high school standards for the 400m are about 50 sec and the 1500m are about 4:45

How old are you, do you have any kind of training?
400m 46.
