10% GST and Im from AUSTRALIA... the funny thing about GST though is this prime example
eg. Tampons have GST as they are considered a LUXURY item for women.. yes you heard correct a LUXURY!!
eg1. cooked warm chicken has GST but a cooked cold chicken does not. A cooked but frozen chicken does have GST but a frozen uncooked one doesnt.. Its pathetic!

our sales tax is 7% provincial then 6% gods and sevice tax !!! can u guess where I am from ? If you guessed canada your right , they just recently lowered our g. s. t. from 8% to 6%
