Ok when you are in an interview and the person ask's you what is one of your flaws i heard you were supposed to make it a positive flaw. What is a positive flaw?????

Answer honestly, but in a positive way.
"Sometimes I don't speak up when I should, but I am aware of the problem and am making an effort to rectify...."

A positive flaw is answering something like "I'm probably too much of a perfectionist" or something along those lines. You can try this, but I used to interview people all the time and I found it a bit of an insult. You might as well just say "I'm going to feed you a line of crap now".

positive flaw is like an error that you have gone over with and learned the lesson, or a weakness in which you rose above and turned it inot a wholistic experience...
