What are you doing to lower the demand for oil?

I don't own a car and I either walk or take public transportation. I always have out of no choice but I cant help but laught at the people driving the suvs having to pay alot for gas. I say make it 10 dollars a gallon.

I stopped commuting to and from work and now I am fortunate enough to be able to do my job from home, only going into the office once a week to drop off paperwork and pick up my check. It's saved me a bundle on gas money.

Nay, now that's not nice. You wanna know what I do, I grip a lot about it. I run my mouth all the time about the cost of gas as I fill up my LS and have to pay 40 bucks a shot. I swear all the time that I will never buy another car doesn't get 30 miles to the gallon. I yell at the TV when they tell me that darn gas is at 3.57 a gallon, and I get screaming mad when my husband fills his SUV up and it cost 67. But you know what....I still have to drive 20 miles to work, now...there's a way I could save...I could quit my job, and get one closer. That's an idea. What the heck...did you know that gas today is still not as expensive as it was during the carter administration and they stood in lines for hours to get gas. (that is you have to adjust the dollar cost into todays value.) See....there is nothing ou can really do. We are all just pawns in the game of politics.

my friend and i work at the same place and live 2 blocks from eachother so we take turns each week driving eachother to work.

I put in a big supply in my garage, to keep it away from folks who would just hoard it.......
