Ive suffered leg cramps while pregnant, and restless legs. Believe it or not, a small snack just before bedtime helped me. (hypoglycemia is connected with some types of cramping and restless legs.) Also, I hold just my legs over the side of the bed to allow blood flow to them sometimes during the night. Try propping yourself up with 2 or 3 pillows, that allows good blood flow too. Its pretty comfy when you have a big tummy

A warm bath before bed worked for me most of the time, I also used one of those bean bags I could toss in the microwave to warm up, I'd drape it over my legs and it worked well also because of the heat, and the slight weight on my legs seemed to help them settle also.......

Restless legs can be a deficiency of potassium. Make sure you are getting your recommended daily amount. Bananas and oranges are a great source of potassium.

oh gosh I hate RLS sometimes it comes from walking too much or being on your feet too much so try keeping them elevated when you can. sometimes a nice warm bath helps if it is too bad. usually there is nothing you can do but try to get comfortable or walk it off.

omg, it was horrible during my pregnancy. i just used a pillow between my legs, and tried to keep my mind off it. i asked the doctor about it and he said that there is medication for it, but you cant have it while your pregnant.
