Most males take longer to grow.......probably in early twenties...and women are done around 18.....(the reason we're more mature?) :0)..........Who knows...maybe...maybe not.

Well my mom is 5'7 and my dad is 5'10 and I am 18 and 5'11 and I really think i'm going to grow about 2 or 3 more inches because my mothers dad was 6'2 and I think i take after him in many ways. I've asked people on here if they thought I would grow any more and they all said no but the reality is no one here knows and only time can tell. What we DO know is the majority of men keep growing until their early twenties. Swimming is alot like laying down when it comes to your back but swimming is very very healthy and can do alot for you if not help promote growth! Unfortunatly neither one of us qualify for growth hormone so if we dont grow any more then we will have to make the most of it and also you can order shoes that have a thick sole but don't look thick and gives you 3 inches atleast. But i think you will seee atleast 5'8 1/2 before your growth plates fuse. Good luck and think tall!

you could continue growing until you are 21-22. With Regular exercise and Pull up. You have a Great Chance. I know that you already do exercise so this should be easy. I was 5"4 when I was seventeen. I went to the army by the time I left I was 5' 11

chart yourself on the growth charts at the doctors office or on line. how tall was your grandparents and aunts and uncles.
swimming is an excellent exercise but it won't make you taller - the genes you inherited will. my cousin is 3 years younger then me and he came to my shoulder till he was 18-19 then took off and is now 5" taller then me. everyone grows at different rates. you could be as tall as you are going to be or you might grown some more. Can't tell until you are at least 21. I was 5'8" till i was 24 years old then I grew another 1 1/4".
drink lots of milk. eat lots of good veggies and protein. don't weight lift cause that has a possibility of causing a stress on growing bones. But do exercise.

swimming will not make you taller..
there is a product called height max that is rumored to help but im skeptical of any claim like that
The body has what is called a growth plates. they are areas of the bone that can be xray to determine if someone will grow more and if so around how much.
it is possible that you can continue to grow until your early 20's but to give an example i stoped when i was 16 at 6'5"
so it all depends on your body.. i wouldnt worry about it 5'7" isnt abnormally short.. and take it from me being tall isnt all its cracked up to be..

You probably aren't going to get any taller.
Predicted height is
64 + 67 + 5 / 2
136/2
68 inches or 5 foot 8 inches is predicted.
Your pediatrician would probably tell you that with this predicition and your current height, you don't qualify for growth hormone therapy.
I'm sorry to tell you that nothing you do will make you taller.
Only your genes will do this.....
And your pediatrician does have the option to prescribe growth hormone if you are short on yours, but I don't think you are.
