Maybe, if they like to study us and if they really exist.
Sure, why travel across the galaxy to study "us" - why not I say!
If we traveled so far our scientists would study the hell out of whatever we found. Basic principle of science is to try to not disturb what you're studying.
If they are here, they're probably watching with tiny robots or other stealthy kinds of gear, rather than send actual beings down.
