Absolutely not. The best predictor of future behavior is past behavior. In other words if the guy was abusive in the past he almost certainly will be in the future. She is well rid of him and has hopefully learned her lesson.

never!~!~! what makes u so sure he will not verbally abuse the girl again? men wont change...he might be kind at the start but dont expect the facade to last long, probably a few weeks at the very most then u hear his colorful language again

No she shouldnt. I have been there and done that and he doesnt change even when he says he did. Second chances arent for abusers, users, liars, cheaters, killers, and anything else bad. Second chances are overrated and over used.

yes, why not? but it should be after 10 yrs. or so... He might have changed that time! and before giving him another chance at that time be very sure that he has changed for good not for worse.

I think she should not. once shes out shes free and if she goes back she is gonna sing like a bird. If she does go back she probaly wont get away he might to far and injure her to bad.

People actually DO mean what they say. So if they say mean things, they really meant to - even when they say otherwise. And they'll most likely do it again. He's a looser.
